Export CSV Downloads all your trades as a dated .csv file (e.g. tradeedge_journal_backup_2026-04-27.csv). Opens perfectly in Excel or Google Sheets. Contains every field for every trade — historical and new. Do this regularly as a safe backup.

Import CSV Restores trades from a previously exported backup file. Duplicate trades are automatically detected by ID and skipped — only genuinely new trades are added. Your existing data is never overwritten. You'll always see a confirmation before anything is saved.

Where is my data stored? Your trades are stored in Google Sheets — permanently in the cloud. Deployments, browser clears, and device changes will never affect your data. It's always safe.
